This section drawing follows a continuous a hypothetical journey from the densest site in the US, Manhattan, to one of its least dense locations, Montana. Despite its vastness, this seemingly unending network of interconnected spaces deploys petromobility to obliterate topographical and geographical barriers to travel, joining otherwise disparate locations. The result is a built environment that offers spatial continuity across thousands of miles, creating a subjective experience defined by smooth space.
